CORE create and implement a custom picking solution for a large manufacturer of architectural products. The solution links the JDE transportation module and box labels to ensure that trucks are loaded flawlessly. CORE integrated the customers barcoded box labels by SO and by Load. This allows each truck to be loaded and scanned as each item is placed on the truck. Real time error trapping of incorrect items as well as summary data of missing product are all in the palm of the user’s hands. This was made mobile by integrating with RFGEN data collection software. Already the business has tightened up their pick/pack/ship process and improved the customer experience.
