Core Services Group, went live with a JDE World to E1 upgrade at Viking Corporation in Hastings Michigan. The project was led by Jeff Minard and involved most of our team at one point or another. This upgrade contained 15 years of software change to JDE consisting of thousands of differences that had to be vetted by the team. This will have an enormously positive effect on the business. The Viking team and the Core team worked together to pull off an almost flawless go live. Business was back to normal on the very first day. Christy Hemker, Director – Business Application Services said that this was “one of the smoothest implementations I have seen in my career”. Well done, and congratulations to everyone involved.
