You have probably been hearing a lot of buzz about Orchestrator. After working with the technology extensively since its inception, we will tell you that we are believers! This toolset certainly finds a place among the myriad of levels that can be pulled within JDE, and what’s more is that it often times enables a solution to be delivered faster and with greater transparency than old fashioned event rule driven development. In more recent tools releases of JD Edwards E1, Oracle has released a new(er) component called Orchestrator. In very simplistic terms, Orchestrator’s purpose is to enable the software to hook into other technologies, automate tasks, serve as an integrator, error reducer and more.
